Medical and Nursing Malpractice

Medical and Nursing MalpracticeWorking at the bedside in critical care for over 31 years, certified in critical care for 30 of those years, Carol has a firm grasp of the pertinent details of many of the areas of the medical field.  Carol specializes in the following areas:  Cardiac (medical and surgical), vascular, thoracic, aortic and thoracic aneurysms, sepsis, trauma, product safety, and nursing malpractice.  Carol reviews all cases and when she needs to do further review in areas that she is not as specialized she does not charge for the time she spends researching.

Carol’s reports are thorough but only contain the pertinent details.  Due to her vast experience Carol is able to zero in on details others may miss (in a recent case she was able to catch a medication that must have been given that was not ordered simply by the reaction of patient’s vital signs).  Another case involved a situation where an attorney ask Carol to review a case to see if a specific medication could have lead to the events that eventually lead to the patients’ death.  In reviewing the file Carol immediately dismissed that particular medication but found another medication that had been given as not being an acceptable medication to give under the circumstances.

Carol will give you a QUALITY REVIEW of your MEDICAL MALPRACTICE CASE
